LOWES FULL SERVICE PLAN - $2495 (paid at closing): All of the traditional real estate services, including listing your home on the MLS (plus the Top 7 FSBO websites), for a fraction of the cost. Let us handle everything! And if we sell your home - $2495 is all you pay. If you want other agents to bring in buyers as well, you set the amount of commission you'll pay in addition to our fee. Keep your hard earned equity!
4.5% COMMISSION PLAN (paid at closing): Full realtor services, including the Realtor MLS, for a reduced commission of 4.5% (Compare to the most common commission rate of 6%). Same realtor services - thousands of dollars in savings!
LOWES MLS ENTRY PLAN - $599: We place your home on the Realtor Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which includes Realtor.com, plus: Free access to our FSBO website to advertise your home to thousands more buyers on the Top 7 FSBO websites; Also receive pricing assistance (CMA); High quality aluminum yard signs; Contracts/Forms; Plus the assistance of a local licensed Real Estate Agent. You take calls from buyers, show your property, and if you find the buyer - the $599 listing fee is all you pay. If I find the buyer, the commission is only 2%. If another agent finds a buyer for your home, the commission is only 2.5%. When everyone competes - You Win!
